In this blog I will post my style and fashion reflections. I'm looking forward to sharing my ideas, observations and inspiration with other fashion addicts!

To introduce myself let me first tell you a bit about my own style.
My style is diverse but has some key elements that has been with me for years:

- black and white. I'm drawn to chequered things, everything from kitchen floors to scarfs.


- princess-style dresses. I wish I could wear evening dresses more often! Normally I only get to wear them once or twice a year. For balls, proms etc. I prefer long chiffon dresses. For other occasions such as weddings and summer parties I prefer shorter dresses.

- scarfs. Living in Norway really limits the choice of outfits because of the cold weather. Scarves are great accessories!

- jeans. I'm a girl = I love jeans. My favourite brands at the moment are Rock & Republic, Diesel and Fornarina.

- shoes. People always comment on my amount of shoes. I absolutely love shoes. Everything from boots to sneakers. I tend to prefer style before comfort...

- celebrity inspiration. I'm inspired by celebrities. One of my favourites are Gwen Stefani. I love her style and her clothing line L.A.M.B.

- asian inspiration. Kimono-inspired sweater and dresses always look good. Silk is a material that gives a luxurious look and feel.
